What You Get

An experienced Sepco Air, Inc. professional technician will perform a complete and thorough inspection and evaluation of your equipment and ventilation system. After a complete and comprehensive evaluation of each component is conducted (including fans, scrubbers, mist eliminators, ducts and hoods), you will be provided with a detailed maintenance report on the operating and design conditions of your system. The Sepco Air, Inc. technician will perform on-site maintenance and repairs needed to ensure your system is operating at peak performance.

Scrubber Inspection and Maintenance
•
 Inspect packing, mesh pads, mist eliminator and nozzles for blockage and deterioration
•
 Inspect circulation pump for operation and wear
•
 Inspect plumbing components for leaks
•
 Clean mesh pads, packing, etc., if required
•
 Repair all leaks and cracks
•
 Perform fan inspection and maintenance
•
 Inspect bearings for grease and service
•
 Check fan belts for tension and wear
•
 Check sheaves for alignment
•
 Check integrity and balance of fan wheel and shaft
•
 Check steel base for corrosion
•
 Repair all leaks and cracks
•
 Balance fan wheel, if required
•
 Perform system and controls inspection
•
 Check draw at hoods
•
 Check air flows
•
 Inspect duct and hoods for integrity, leaks and cracks
•
 Inspect differential pressure gauges and tubing
•
 Report any necessary improvements
